HOW TO MAKE A DONATION

For Local Donations from the Philippines:
You may contact the ZEI Administration (the ZEI Admnisitrator/Principal and/or the School Registrar). Accordingly, donors will be issued an official BIR Receipt. You may proceed directly to the school or email us your appropriate personnel through this website via the "Contact Us" corner section. You may also directly email us at zaratan.educational.institute@gmail.com.
For Donations coming from the United States or Overseas:
You may contact the Pilar & Nicanor F. Zaratan Foundation, Inc. through Ms. Teresita M. Zaratan, Foundation Funding Director, at zaratan.educational.institute@gmail.com and /or other Board of Directors. See the document attachments for further details.
Donations may be classified into monetary contribution and/or "quid pro quo" or in-kind donations. These donations will be used to fund the education of needy but deserving students of ZEI. Transfer of funds may be made via PayPal account upon request on a case to case basis.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Manila going North; ETA in Aguilar in 4 hours without traffic.
• Leave Manila entering through the Balintawak entrance to North Luzon Exchange (NLEX)
• Follow sign directions going to Baguio.
• Upon reaching the province of Pampanga, exit on the right towards SCTEX (Subic Clark Tarlac Exchange). This is on the right after the DAU exit.
• This is an uphill curving road but has no tolls. Straight ahead goes to Subic and Bataan. BEAR RIGHT, towards BAGUIO/TARLAC.
• Proceed further here along SCTEX, PASSING LUISITA, until RAMOS-PANIQUI exit.
• Exit through a toll and turn left towards PANIQUI.
• Follow through on to the town of Panique. Turn Right at an intersection (traffic light) and immediately bear left (again a traffic light) to the Panique town market. You will see the Panique Church on the left. Straight straight ahead is the provincial road to CAMILING which is about 30-45 minutes’ drive.
• At Camiling, before you reach the bridge at this intersection, TURN Right. You will see a signboard: To San Carlos, Pangasinan.
• Turn LEFT in a few meters, you will pass through a long bridge, you will see Camiling Hospital on the right and will see a few coconut vendors.
• Proceed STRAIGHT and you will reach the junction (actually a dead end) the intersection of the National Highway facing a cement wall indicating ‘TO PANGASINAN” and a small sign saying to “to Hundred Islands”.
• TURN RIGHT, you will see a National Elementary school painted green and yellow. Go straight through this highway, you will enter San Clemente, the last town in Tarlac. Soon you will see the welcome sign to PANGASINAN.
• You will pass the town of Magatarem. This will be 25 minutes away from ZEI.
• After the town of Magatarem, you will notice twin peaks of hills and high voltage electrical towers. When you see the road sign 3km. you should start to slow down.
• Barangay Pogomboa is immediately past Barangay Tampac.
• ZEI is on the right side of the road, beside the Poquiz Rice Mill.
You have reached your destination!
ZEI auditorium, basketball court, and Pavilion 2 are visible from the Romulo Highway. Vehicle Entry gate (painted maroon) is just past the rice mill entrance.
